According to the most recently available Metro Denver EDC Energy Industry Cluster Study, Colorado ranked fourth nationally in cleantech employment concentration. This includes 26,440 direct cleantech workers with a five-year direct employment rate increase of 21.7% (2012-2017), with an economic impact of $4.6 billion annually.
